FAQ Do you make changes to my document or do you just tell me how to improve my document? We make changes to your document so that the file you receive in the end is different from the one you uploaded. We make all the changes ourselves and then explain it to you in a half-page explanation attached to your completed order. What happens if I am not satisfied with the revised document? At AceEditing.com we are customer service minded and want every one of our customers to leave with a smile on their face. Once you receive your document, log on to your mailbox on our system and there is a button that asks you if you are satisfied to click the button or you can request a revision of your document so that your editor can review your document again to clear up any misunderstanding. Who keeps the copyright to the documents that your company edits? You do, as the writer of the document you keep the copyright. We simply have improved your document but you were the originator of the ideas contained in document. Do you keep any copies of the edited document? We don't keep any copies of your document in company files. The only place you can find your document is in your mailbox where it will stay for a year but it is only so you can download it again at any time. How do I receive my completed document? You receive a copy of your completed document by email and a copy stays in your mailbox online. What program is the edited document formatted in? We use Microsoft Word which is the most popular program for word processing documents. What if I need my document the same day, can you edit something that quickly? Yes we can, we carry highly qualified editors from around the world who are available at anytime of day or night to complete editing your document. How will I know that my document is completed? You will receive an email that includes your document as an attachment. Do you offer a refund if you are a couple of minutes late? No we don't, there is a certain stress level that goes with the job and we prefer to be a little late than return a product that is not suitable to your standards. We have never been severely late with any document and we are on time 99.5% of the time. What if my paper is written out and not on disk, can you still edit it? Unfortunately not, we need every document to be uploaded so that an editor can start right away. It is also more efficient to the process that you have it on disk so you can upload it when ordering.
